For in stock items, please expect additional 1~3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page.

Please note the below shipping times are an estimated guide only. For the most accurate shipping times to your delivery location, please enter your postcode on the product pages or in cart for a dated estimate. Online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.

United States:

Standard Shipping: 4-10 Business Days（Excluding Pre-Sale Items）,

Delivery Cost: $6.99 USD, Free Over $99

Please note: Guan, Hawaii. Virginia, Puerto Rico are not covered by our shipping zones.

RESTRICTIONS

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

Shipping address limitations

APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
O. Box address is only supported for United States with standard shipping.
For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands,our website does not support delivery for the time being. We will notify you when it is launched later.

Failed Delivery Situation

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@amoretu.comwith your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
